NCSE's University Affiliate Program advances environmental and energy programs across the nation's campuses
. Universities and colleges play a critical role in preparing a new generation of environmental professionals and leaders. NCSE works to strengthen environmental education, research, and funding as part of its vision - a society where environmental decisions are based on an accurate understanding of the underlying science and its limitations.

Our 160 member institutions, from large private and public research institutions to smaller liberal arts institutions, receive a range of membership benefits. Highlights for the 2009-2010 academic year include:
