Minority Programs Office

The Minority Programs Office at NCSE undertakes activities to increase the scientific capacity of Minority Serving Institutions (Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Tribal Colleges and Universities).The Council facilitates communication and collaboration through workshops and partnerships, and develops outcome-oriented strategies that advance environmental research, education, and decisionmaking in communities of color.
